I think Busquets is the weak chain of Spain (as it already is the weak spot of Barcelona). When facing big teams, that can mean going out of the tourney.

About the tactics... Torres won't play the first match. Spain plays way better when playing a 4-2-3-1 (copying the barcleona style completely, which is a nice and brave thing to do in a world cup).

Sad to see. One team plays the right way if you like attacking football and lose to a goal on the break.

Pedro and Navas needed to be on sooner .Iniesta and Torres are not match fit or sharp.

Feel very sorry for the Spanish team and fans. And why not play Cesc alongside Xavi ? del Bosque got that one wrong.

I don't agree with this mentality. For me its a sign that 'big' teams will no longer simply dominate like in the past. This is one of the biggest sporting tournaments around... same as the CL. You do what's best to cancel out the other team and to win. I saw a compact Switzerland. Spain had a lot of possession but didn't cross the ball into the box every time they had the chance to, instead they would turn around and circulate.
