Just seen screenshots of this - looks like my kind of game, and the graphics are excellent! I wonder what it plays like...

Played the demo and it seems absolutely bloody fantastic - strategy, excitement, brilliant game. Unfortunately though, it seems a bit too complicated for me. I must be getting old. Not being able to understand what I should be doing spoils the experience a bit - but I'll keep trying, as the scale of it and the concept of it is really good.

Stick with it - it took me a while to understand it all. The main thing is the map, which you can access via the Back button. From here, you can select your units (by pressing left and right on the D-Pad IIRC) then assigning them to different targets, or assigning them to escort friendly units. Once you've done this you can either follow things from the map screen or jump into the action and take over the flying yourself!

The same applies for the boats too

The game is out here, It has a tutorial which couldnt be any more basic but takes an hour to go through but worth 40 achievments points.
Game is excellent tho, Easily one of the best on the 360 to date.

The game actually turned out to be a dissapointing single player experience.
You only get full control of all the fleet in the last 3 missions.
But got $53 on ebay for it so cost lesss than renting it.
