To apply the badge without the borders you need a badge without the borders
Or remove the borders with an image editor.
And for the letters, it left those there just as a direction, you have to remove them (paintin it black) and write the name you want.

I would make some avatars for people who are asking, but first I need permission from Noted, as he invented it...if he says its ok, I will do...
