Which difficulty setting is the most realistic one?

Which difficulty setting should you use if you're looking for realistic matches in which every team has its IRL level, and don't care about easy or hard?

Top Player seems to be the realistic, sometimes also Superstar, Legend is overpowered

I played only Superstar and Legend so I can tell you Superstar is more realistic
