Ages:

Hilderbrand: 25
Weidenfeller: 23
Klos: 32
Lehmann: 34
What happened with Hans-Jorg Butt and Frank Rost?, They aren't longer called habitually?.

Did you catch that goal lastyear against Butt after he scored a PK? The opponents had an open net because of his celebration so they just lobbed it in LOL

Damn, are they showing any of the qualifiers in the US?
Can't seem to find any listings for them.

The Holland-Czech rematch should be interesting, it's on Wednesday.
Van Basten's first competitive match in charge.
The czechs without Nedved.

It's funny how the Dutch keep getting stuck with the Czechs over the last
few tournaments, starting from Euro 2000.
They were lucky to beat them 1:0 after getting dominated most
of the game.
Then the Czechs kept having the upper hand.
Will it change this time? It should be interesting.

300 channels on satellite in my apartment and none of them are showing England v Austria :(

I can choose between Portugal Latvia, Croatia and someone, Italy and Norway, gee wonderful :(

Cant blame Sven or the 10 OTHER players!

Just David James PRICK!

didnt get a chance to see the match. how did sven play 5 at the back?!

Paul Robinson HAS to be number 1 as hes more dependable!

I only blame Sven for playing James but England actually played well for once!

I thought Austria were well lucky.

Manninger should've been sent off.
Free kick for their goal wasn't a foul.
We hit the post in the last few minutes.
But thats football.

Yeah, you're right, we played well...
I can't believe an international goalkeeper can do such a ridicoulos blunder....

He actually did it twice as well, but got away with it the first time beacuse he saved it with his feet. I was a bit freaked out at that point coz i thought the ball had just disappeared into thick air.

Portugal 2 - 0 Latvia

Cristiano Ronaldo scoring and making the assist to Pauleta score the second, both goals in a minute!

Any1 saw the almost completely naked woman that entered the pitch?
Any1 has pics!?

Some1 please post the complete results of todays games!

Was she pretty?

N. Irleand 0 - 3 Poland :) and Żurawski score directly from corner kick :)
Next mach we play against the England in Chorzów... I'm wondering that James will be play ;)

Perhaps Sven will realise what i have long thought about James. He is not, and never will be International quality. He literally commits a blunder every single game. It's embarrassing for the guy. Personally i'd drop him now, before it's too late, and give Green and Robinson opporunities. Green appears to be a far brighter prospect than James ever was. I always thought Wright was a better keeper too.

Wright is one of the best shot stoppers in recent years, saves wise I'd say he's well above James, Wright is however a little erratic, IIRC one of his first games for England he gave away 2 penalties, saved one of them? Someone can correct me :)

I've never liked David James, hopefuly he'll fuck up against Poland aswell then he'll never wear an England shirt again ;)

Yea but England win the game!

Its a shame that Sven will probably get blamed if he does!
